TyRonda Mitchell, a disabled veteran and retired Ford Motor Company employee, is the visionary behind Harmony House for Heroes. She is a graduate of Baker College in Allen Park, MI, where she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, along with a Certificate in Culinary Arts. Drawing on her professional background, education, and
TyRonda Mitchell, a disabled veteran and retired Ford Motor Company employee, is the visionary behind Harmony House for Heroes. James Mitchell, a proud veteran who served in both the U.S. Navy and the U.S. Marine Corps, brings discipline, leadership, and dedication to his role as Facilities Director. He oversees property management, maintenance, and safety compliance for Harmony House for Heroes, ensuring that every resident lives in a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment.

Vertrell Tate is a finance professional and community organizer with deep ties to both Stanly County and Mecklenburg County, NC.
