TyRonda Mitchell, a disabled veteran and retired Ford Motor Company employee, is the visionary behind Harmony House for Heroes. She is a graduate of Baker College in Allen Park, MI, where she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, along with a Certificate in Culinary Arts. Drawing on her professional background, education, and

James Mitchell, a proud veteran who served in both the U.S. Navy and the U.S. Marine Corps, brings discipline, leadership, and dedication to his role as Facilities Director. He oversees property management, maintenance, and safety compliance for Harmony House for Heroes, ensuring that every resident lives in a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment.
Vertrell Tate is a finance professional and community organizer with deep ties to both Stanly County and Mecklenburg County, NC. As Treasurer, she oversees financial stewardship, budget management, and fiscal accountability, ensuring Harmony House for Heroes operates with integrity and sustainability while maximizing impact for veterans.
Mickayla Cushman is a graduate of Livingstone College in Salisbury, NC, where she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems and a certificate in Cyber Security.
